• Please do not return the goods freight forwarded.
• Please always enclose the completed returns form or a copy of the invoice with the goods with a note stating the reason for which you are returning which item.

Who pays the shipping costs for a return?
For goods that can be sent via parcel, which we usually send via DPD (also applies to bulky goods), the customer pays the costs of the return.
